FAQ

Quick answers

What kind of game is Shadow Towers?

A 2D top-down, run-based action RPG with auto-attack combat: you move to dodge and your hero attacks on his own while he stands still. You clear towers room by room, pick a skill at every level-up, defeat bosses and collect loot that makes your hero stronger.

Do I lose my items if I die in a run?

Yes — what you found in that run. Gold, XP and items picked up during a run travel in the run bag and reach your home only if you win; a defeat or an abandoned run loses them. Your equipped gear and everything already stored at home are never at risk.

Do I need an account to play?

No. The game works offline and your saves stay on your PC. An account will be used for future online features.
